Dream Catchers: The Process
I first started making Dream Catchers, when I was asked to consult the Akashic Records concerning a young child who was having frequent bad dreams. I was told to give the child a Dream Catcher, and how to construct it specifically for him. His bad dreams stopped immediately. Since then, I have had many opportunities to explore this area of creativity and bringing the light of the Akasha into our lives in a way that honors my Mi'kmaq ancestors.
The process used to create your personal Dream Catcher is the same as for creating your personal Mandala. The Dream Catcher is basically a Mandala, released from 2-dimensional to 3-dimensional form. The symbols, patterns, textures, and materials used in the Dream Catcher all have special meaning for you, as you seek your soul’s purpose and path. People receive great peace and clarity when contemplating these Dream Catchers. As with Mandalas, if you see beauty, elegance, vibrancy, and magnificence in your Dream Catcher , then may you remember that it is the very beauty of your own Light revealed.
