My Approach
I take a comprehensive, holistic approach in helping you realize your vision for your health. Instead of simply applying band-aids to your symptoms, we look at your life as a whole and see how it might be affecting your health.
I guide you step-by-step to realize your vision for your health and teach you how to create lasting balance in your body and life even after our program ends.
I meet you where you are. Sometimes people think they need to make drastic changes and give up the foods they love in order to be healthy, but I know that small, simple changes can have a huge impact on your health. Because deprivation has no place in my approach, you will find the process to be one of enjoyment and discovery that also has a positive effect on your health.
My Guiding Beliefs:
I believe that there is more than one road you can take. My clients are creative and have an inner wisdom about what they need to be healthy. My role is to help then uncover that wisdom and then act on it.
I also believe that feeling well is about more than what you eat. Your lifestyle, including your career, physical activity, and relationships, all affect how you feel on a day-to-day basis. That’s why together we will take all aspects of your life into consideration when determining the path you will take to reach your goals.
I believe that being healthy is our natural state. Think of all the miraculous work that your body does on a daily basis! Over time, though, things like chronic stress and poor eating habits take their toll. I work with you to help you restore your body’s natural, healthy balance.
I believe in the power of simple changes from personal experience. When we make some simple changes in our diet, we suddenly have more energy than we could ever remember having; we may lose pounds; my allergies may improve; and we could be able to maintain our weight without effort. You could also became a calmer and happier person.
