Who I Help

My clients are busy trying to juggle the demands of career, family, and friends.

They include full-time mothers, professionals who put in long hours, entrepreneurs who are working hard to make their companies successful, and artists who work a second full-time job to pay the bills.

All of them are very good at taking care of everything but themselves. When they have time to reflect, they realize that they want to feel healthier, happier, and more balanced.

Do any of these situations sound familiar?

You want to be able to love the way your body looks, but the thought of going on a diet is unbearable. You think there must be a better solution, but you just haven't found it yet.

You dread your annual physical. Last year you were told to lose ten pounds and/or your cholestorol/blood pressure/blood sugar was borderline and should be watched. You worry what this year will bring.

Eating has lost its joy for you. You worry about whether what you’re eating is healthy. You dream of finding a way of eating that supports you and that you love.

You just don't have the energy you used to have, and you tell yourself it's just because you're getting older.

It seems like nothing you eat agrees with you anymore. Feeling gassy or bloated after eating has become routine.

You can't remember the last time you felt well rested. You're exhausted but when you finally get to bed you can't sleep.

You are stressed out and the little things get to you more than they used to.

You're most likely to reach your health goals if you possess the following qualities and characteristics:

You are open-minded and curious. You enjoy learning and you're willing to explore and try new things.

You are willing to take action. There's always more than one road to health, but whatever path you choose will take work.

You understand the wisdom of taking small steps to create permanent changes. There is no such thing as an "quick fix," and you're committed to making step-by-step changes over time that will yield lasting results.

You are ready and willing to invest in yourself. By committing to a health coaching program, you know that you and your well-being are worth not only the money, but the time and energy you will invest to reach your goals.

You are interested in discovering a more natural and intuitive way of nourishing your body and your life that isn't based on the latest dietary fad or health trend.

Deep down, you know that if you could get clear about your food, you could get clear about your life and uncover your best self.
